SAM-8 / SAM-12
Bring high quality Takatori vacuum mounting to a smaller scale with the semi-automatic SAM-8. Featuring the same Takatori vacuum mounting system as fully automated machines, the SAM-8 is loaded manually. The SAM-8 will accommodate wafers up to 200mm, the SAM-12 will do wafers up to 300mm.
